The Silent Howl is a record label & music publisher promoting daring sonic experimentations through audio releases, scores and videos. We are based between Southampton in the UK and Montreal in Canada.
The enterprise is curated and managed by Stephen Harvey and Dominic Thibault who are themselves artist/composers in their own right and also perform as the duo Tout Croche.
